Generate Assessments

 

  1. Filter the Blueprints to generate assessment from the Course list
  2. Select the Blueprint to generate
  3. Review the Title, Kind, Course, number of Versions, and the Output Plan for the Blueprint
  4. Add the Assessment Name that will be printed on the first page of the Assessment
  5. Toggle whether or not to Include draft questions
  6. Select “Generate” to generate the assessment (it will be added to “Past Generations” below)
  7. Select Preview for the generated assessment
  8. If desired, modify the Page Layout from the button at the bottom (This allows you to choose margins, an option for adding binding space, font, and font size that will be applied to all the printouts)
  9. With each form or answer key from the dropdown Output menu, double-check the appearance and then select “Print”
