  1. Save and share whole files using Open and Save from the File menu
  2. Add another test bank to yours by selecting “Import My Testbank…” from the file menu
    —Select “Choose .testbank File…” from the dialog box that appear
    —Resolve conflicts with Courses, Textbooks, Chapters, and Chapter Sections by selecting the up and down arrows to the right of each section and choosing from: Import as new, Skip, or Merge with:…
    —Questions, Blueprints, and Generated Assessments will import as new content even if they are duplicates of content already in the test bank
    —Review the intended import and choose to either Cancel or Commit Import
  3. Export a portion of a test bank by selecting “Export a Subset…” from the file menu
    —Select Questions to export from the choices: None, All Questions, or Filtered (filters are for Courses, Sections of the Textbook(s), Question Types, Difficulties, Statuses, and Tags)
    —Toggle the content you want to export from: Courses, Textbooks, Stimuli, Blueprints, and Generated Assessments
    —Select either Cancel or Export (input a name of the exported file)
