Sharing Schedules
- Once one teacher has input all the school-wide data, a file can be created that be shared with others.
- To export the shared data, select Export Shared Data from the File menu (the elipsis button on the top right on iPhone and iPad) and choose the file name and location to save with the .rmft extension.
- Share this file with others who can import it by selecting Import Shared Data from the File menu.
- If desired, the entire schedule—shared and personal breaks, events, and classes—can be shared by using the Export Personal File and Import Personal File from the File menu.
